The Washington Post has announced in a press release that it is launching a new economy and business section and expanding its coverage of the financial crisis and economic
policy-making in Washington. Featuring Pulitzer Prize winner Steve Pearlstein, the section will also include video coverage and
live blogging from the day’s financial hearings and briefings. A new blog, Small Change by Ylan Mui and Nancy
Trejos will focus on helping people survive the economic downturn.

Nice move to make money of the recession and finance related news. The advertisers also pays more for displaying their ads on Finance related news articles.
